The Bat

February 2010

The Swiss conductor Kaspar Zehnder, whose activities have transcended national borders, is an apposite example. His feeling for this kind of music is outstanding, which is manifest in dynamics, balance of the sound level, minor ritardandos and  accelerandos. His harmoniousness with the highly motivated orchestra was well audible. (…) the choir (Josef Pančík) was prominent both in singing and playing.
